Scope & Purpose of This Declaration
Syn3rgy Research Labs (“the Company”) distributes research-grade peptides, small molecules, and related biochemical compounds exclusively to qualified researchers, licensed laboratories, academic institutions, and biotechnology organisations for the purpose of legitimate in vitro scientific investigation.
This declaration constitutes a binding policy applicable to all purchasers, end-users, and recipients of any product supplied by Syn3rgy Research Labs. By placing an order, accepting delivery, or otherwise obtaining any product from the Company, the buyer unconditionally agrees to the terms set out herein.

None of the compounds offered by Syn3rgy Research Labs have been evaluated, approved, or licensed by the Health Sciences Authority of Singapore (HSA), the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency of Malaysia (NPRA), the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand (Thai FDA), the Hong Kong Department of Health, or any other national medicines regulatory authority in the Asia-Pacific region or elsewhere, for use in humans, animals, or food-producing species. These products are not medicines, drugs, supplements, or veterinary products.
Section 02
Permitted Uses
Products distributed by Syn3rgy Research Labs may only be used for:
- In vitro biochemical assays — cell-free or cell-based experimental work conducted within a contained laboratory environment.
- Preclinical laboratory research — non-clinical studies designed to generate scientific data under institutional oversight.
- Academic and institutional research — studies conducted under the auspices of a recognised university, research hospital, or government research body.
- Analytical chemistry and method development — use as a reference standard or analytical tool in validated laboratory procedures.
- Drug discovery and lead optimisation — early-stage research activities by licensed biotechnology or pharmaceutical organisations.
ℹ Institutional Requirement
Purchasers are expected to hold any licences, permits, or institutional approvals required under their applicable jurisdiction to procure, store, and handle research compounds. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations.
Section 03
Strictly Prohibited Uses
The following uses are absolutely prohibited and constitute a material breach of contract:

Human Administration
Self-administration, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of human use. This prohibition applies without exception regardless of claimed therapeutic intent.

Veterinary Use
Administration to any animal species, whether companion animals, livestock, performance animals, or wildlife. Products are not licensed as veterinary medicinal products.

Resale as Therapeutic Product
Resale, redistribution, or repackaging of any compound for use as, or representation as, a medicine, supplement, nutraceutical, or therapeutic agent.

Food or Beverage Use
Incorporation into any food, beverage, dietary supplement, or product intended for consumption by humans or animals.

Clinical Trials Without Approval
Use in any human clinical study, trial, or investigation without prior written authorisation from the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., IND, CTA, CTN).

Unlicensed Compounding
Compounding, reformulation, or manufacture of any product derived from these compounds intended for administration to a patient or animal.
Section 04
Regulatory Status by Jurisdiction
Syn3rgy Research Labs operates primarily across the Asia-Pacific region. The regulatory status of research peptides varies significantly by jurisdiction. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to verify the legal status of any compound in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.
- Singapore — Products are not registered with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) as therapeutic products under the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D). Importation and use are subject to HSA licensing requirements and Singapore law. Buyers must hold any applicable HSA dealer’s or researcher’s licence.
- Malaysia — Compounds are not registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984. Importation requires compliance with the Poisons Act 1952 and Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 where applicable.
- Thailand — Products are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration of Thailand (Thai FDA) under the Drug Act B.E. 2510 (1967). Buyers must verify scheduling status and obtain any required import permits from the Thai FDA prior to importation.
- Hong Kong SAR — Compounds are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138) or the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap. 134). Importation and possession may require a licence issued by the Department of Health.
- Indonesia — Products are not registered with Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Importation of unregistered products for research purposes requires approval from BPOM and compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Philippines — Compounds are not registered with the Food and Drug Administration Philippines (FDA Philippines) under Republic Act No. 9711. Research use importation requires appropriate FDA Philippines authorisation.
- Vietnam — Products are not approved by the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) under the Law on Pharmacy. Buyers must obtain relevant Ministry of Health permits for research compound importation.
- All other jurisdictions — The buyer bears full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations governing the importation, possession, storage, and use of research compounds.
⚠ Asia-Pacific Jurisdiction Advisory
Many Asia-Pacific jurisdictions maintain strict controls on the importation of research compounds and peptides. Regulatory classification, scheduling, and import permit requirements vary widely across the region and are subject to change. Syn3rgy Research Labs does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Buyers are strongly advised to consult qualified legal counsel or a registered regulatory affairs consultant in their jurisdiction before placing any order.
Section 05
Buyer Representations & Warranties
By completing a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants to Syn3rgy Research Labs that:
- They are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorised institutional representative acting within the scope of legitimate scientific research.
- They are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
- They will use all products exclusively for lawful, in vitro research purposes and will not divert products to any prohibited use.
- They hold all licences, registrations, and institutional approvals required to procure, handle, and use research compounds under applicable law.
- They will store all products in accordance with specified storage conditions and applicable safety regulations.
- They will not resell, transfer, or otherwise distribute any product to a third party for use outside of a licensed research context.
- They have read, understood, and agreed to this Research Use Only Declaration in its entirety.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Syn3rgy Research Labs shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or consequence arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorised use, or any use of its products outside the scope of legitimate in vitro research. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Syn3rgy Research Labs, its directors, employees, and agents against any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal costs) arising from the buyer’s breach of this declaration or misuse of any supplied product.
Products are distributed “as is” for research purposes only. No representation is made regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond in vitro research use, and no warranty — express or implied — is given as to the suitability of any compound for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application.
Section 07
Compliance & Enforcement
Syn3rgy Research Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order where there is reasonable cause to suspect that products will be used outside the scope of legitimate research, or where the buyer has previously breached these terms.
Syn3rgy Research Labs cooperates fully with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and institutional compliance bodies. Records of transactions may be retained and disclosed in accordance with legal obligations and lawful requests.
Any breach of this declaration may result in permanent account termination, refusal of future orders, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
Binding Acknowledgement
By purchasing from Syn3rgy Research Labs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to this Research Use Only Declaration. You confirm that you are a qualified researcher obtaining these compounds solely for legitimate in vitro scientific research, and that you will not use, divert, or permit the use of any product for human administration, veterinary use, or any other prohibited purpose described herein.
